What I liked was how quickly and easily we managed to arrange transportation. How exactly on time the team arrived and how quickly and professionally they packed everything. Well, the delivery itself took only a week, it's cool.

Except that everything took about two months, there are no complaints, but, unfortunately, it depends not on one company, but on several partners and, of course, customs. But the customer service is at an excellent level, there are no questions. All things are packed perfectly and delivered safely.

We made delivery from Moscow Time to the Netherlands. Packed by the company. Strictly at the appointed time, a team of good fellows came and packed the entire apartment in film and boxes in an hour. Next, we needed a deferred receipt. Things were stored in a warehouse in Europe without any problems, and when they were needed, they arrived in a week. There was prompt communication with the manager at all stages. Everything has arrived whole and ideally. The only thing is that upon receipt there was no delivery option "to the apartment", only "to the entrance", but these are the features of local transportation. The boxes were received yesterday, everything is in place and even an extra child car seat was brought to us) We immediately called the courier back and picked him up the next day. I applied to this company in early March, I had to move from Russia to Australia. Everything was explained in detail, oriented by prices. We packed the things ourselves, only the TV was packed for us, because it was the most fragile and did not fit into standard boxes.
